Who are the people providing me feedback?

We have pre-screened and vetted over 50,000 people across North America to help provide you feedback. All of our applicants have gone through a thorough screening process of which only about 50% are accepted. They also fill out a large in depth survey so we have a full profile on them allowing you to send your surveys to people who match specific demographics and interests to match your target audience.

How long does it take to get results back?

As soon as you launch your survey all potential participants who match your demographics are notified. From there you'll start receiving results usually within about 5-10 minutes, feedback will continue to come in until the set number of participants you desired is hit. For most surveys you'll have all your results back within 30 minutes to an hour. If you have very specific demographics selected results could take a bit longer, but generally even on those surveys it will be completed same day.

Can I choose the demographic of the users who provide me feedback?

Yes, you can specify the demographics of the users you'd like to take your survey; such as age, gender, interests and else. This helps you target your crowd funding campaign optimization to the audience most relevant to your needs.

Can I become a panelist to provide feedback?

Definitely, at this time we aren't taking new applications, however please submit a contact request to be added to our waitlist. When we open up for more participants you'll be notified to apply.

How do the Credits work?

At it's simplest form each credit is for 1 survey panelists feedback. So for example if you'd like to have 50 different people respond, you'd be charged 50 credits. For longer surveys or needing specific demographics there a small additional fees. The minimum test price is 25 credits.

Do Credits ever expire?

Yes, but not until 1 year! So you have plenty of time to use them after purchasing.

Are there any setup fees or cancellation policies?

No! There are no setup fees at all, we keep our pricing as easy to us as possible. Monthly plans are simply billing month to month and can be canceled at any time.

What type of payment options do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards: Visa, American Express, Discover and MasterCard
